# Visit Jantar Mantar
Jantar Mantar is the largest and best preserved of Sawai Jai Singh’s five observatories. It is built in stone and marble whose setting and shapes are designed scientifically and which are one of the high points of medieval highpoints of medieval Indian astronomy. There are also two Ram Yantras for gauging altitudes.
Timings : 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.


# Visit City Palace
The morning focuses on the grand City Palace, which is the official residence of the Maharajah of Jaipur. The palace is centrally located and takes around 2 hours to fully explore all the staterooms, museums and art exhibitions. Highlights of the city palace include; The highly decorative Peacock Gate, the massive silver vessels in the Diwan-I-Khas and the armory, with its collection of gruesome and opulent weapons spanning the history of Jaipur.


# Visit Amber Fort and Palace
The morning is spent at the Amber Fort, which lies 7km to the north of Jaipur. This mighty fort combines massive defenses with delicate artistic details and is often a highlight to Jaipur. The fort stands at the top of a high ridge and elephants transport visitors up to the main courtyard. The most majestic method to travel up to the Amer fort from the entrance is on the back of an Elephant and this elephant ride will be a highlight of a visit Amer. These elephant rides have to be booked early in the morning as spaces are limited and due to the welfare of the animas.


# Visit Water Palace - Jal Mahal
The road to the Amer fort passes the Jal Mahal, which is one of the most photographed buildings in Jaipur. The palace appears to float in the center of Lake Mansagr and this stunning building was once the shooting lodge of the Maharajah.


# Visit Monkey Temple – Galta Ji Temple
The afternoon is split equally between the Galta Ji temple and the Nahargarh Fort. The Galit Ji temple is commonly known as the monkey temple and is a series of structures that are set around a natural spring and are home to around 100 monkeys. Nahargarh Fort is the fortified castle that once protected the whole of Jaipur, this a great location to watch sun set.


# Visit Wind Palace - Hawa Mahal
The Hawa Mahal is an elaborate and intricate wing of the of the City Palace where the wives of the Muhjah could spy on the city (the Siredeori Bazaar) without fear of being viewed. The ingenious design of the small lattice windows provided a gently flow of cooling air within the state rooms and hence was known as the Palace of Winds. The Hawa Mahal should be considered separate from the City Palace as it is best viewed from the streets outside the palace compound but therefore does not take long to view (15minutes).
